
Hello and welcome to Counseling & Psychological Services’ (CAPS) self-guided Emotional Wellbeing Workshop B.R.I.D.G.E. Join Dr. Sarah Colwell as she reviews principles related to building and maintaining healthy relationships. In this workshop you will learn about communication skills, boundary setting, perspective taking, and how to resolve conflict with integrity.
