The Reach-out Empower Accept Listen (REAL) team focuses on promoting and nurturing the mental wellbeing of all Cal Poly students through presentations and outreach events. We are a team of highly trained individuals (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators [NASPA] Certified) who work diligently to connect students and their peers with resources on: mental health awareness, suicide prevention, sleep awareness, and stress management related topics. We are here to support our fellow Cal Poly students in order to aid in the betterment of our community and make a positive difference in everyone’s life.

Presentation services:

We give presentations regarding various mental wellbeing topics (listed below). Presentations are offered both in-person and virtual formats. To request a presentation, reach out to campus health and wellbeing to get in contact with our team. In the past we have served communities on campus such as (but not limited to) Greek Life, health classes, and student-athlete teams.

* Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, presentations are currently only available virtually.
