
Hello and welcome to Counseling & Psychological Services’ (CAPS) self-guided Nourish Workshop. Join Shawna Dobson, LPCC, Alison Aylward, PhD, and Amelia Ramirez, LMFT as they provide an introduction to the understanding and treatment of eating disorders. In this workshop you will learn about Disordered Eating: Facts, Fictions, & Functions; Biological Impacts of Disordered Eating; and Moving Forward in Recovery. This workshop is broken up into 3 sections of content, and you are welcome to go at a pace that feels right to you.
