In January 2023, Campus Health and Wellbeing began offering medication abortion services, in compliance with state law and as a part of our commitment to provide comprehensive health care to our students.
A key part of this service implementation is also to remind our campus about the existing services and resources regarding reproductive and sexual health, specifically with equity and accessibility in mind.

As part of Campus Health and Wellbeing’s commitment to creating a more welcoming and inclusive campus culture, all CH&W employees are strongly encouraged to participate in three (3) diversity, equity, and inclusion learning opportunities per academic year.
As part of our commitment to creating equitable services and workplace practices, CH&W utilizes the following decision matrix:
- Whose needs might be met by this decision?
- Whose needs might not be met by this decision?
- Will this decision unintentionally privilege some identities and disadvantage or create barriers for others?
- Whose perspectives are useful to seek out as we refine this decision?
