The following programs are self-guided workshops created by CAPS, Wellbeing, and other universities who adapted CAPS materials. You can learn more about our live Emotional Wellbeing Workshops here.
1. Recognition, Insight, and Openness focuses on teaching skills related to Mindfulness and ways to approach what you feel without judgment. Thank you to Florida International University for adapting our live workshop into this engaging self-guided workshop. You can also access just the mindfulness exercises here.
2. Refresh Sleep is a free, course created by Wellbeing which can be accessed through Canvas. This course focuses on helping you have better sleep by setting goals and learning practical skills to meet them.
3. COMING SOON: B.R.I.D.G.E (Building Relationship Intimacy and Dialogue Effectiveness) focuses on identifying ways to foster healthy relationships via self-monitoring, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills. You will be given practical exercises and activities to try during and in between each week of videos.
4. COMING SOON: Nourish is a workshop created to be helpful in learning how to recognize and better manage eating disorder symptoms. The main goals of Nourish are to allow students to develop more awareness of the impact of their eating disorder and to develop tools to begin to heal. Nourish is considered a supplement to individual therapy and focuses on providing psychoeducation about eating disorders.
